I'm thinking of upgrading from my old and trusty Case 990... I'm currently stuck between a new Valtra A105 or a 2014 Fendt 210 with 5k hours. Well the price is basically not far from each other, but the Fendt includes additional stuff like a loader. I just need something dependable for rough work. If you have long-term experience with either, I'd appreciate some thoughts from you.

Both are really good actually, but if you're doing rough work and want something proven, the Fendt 210 is the better choice, especially with the loader included. Valtra's warranty and being brand new might give you peace of mind long term though. Do you need the extra features now, or are you looking for something simpler and under warranty?

That's a tough decision! Fendt definitely has the reputation and all those extras, but 5,000 hours is a serious amount of time. If you're planning on doing some rough work, though, Valtra's straightforward design and that new warranty could really tip the scales in their favor.
