Smart Touch apps gone!

We're testing an app using the Valtra smart touch device, it was working okay until it rebooted and everything is all gone from the screen! 



I'm not panicking. Well, not yet but is there a setting to get the apps back? f anyone happens to have the user manual for this monitor, we'd be super grateful if you could share it so we can take it from there. thanks!

I suggest that you look up the user manual for this issue. it's usually available on Valtra's official website under their "Smart Farming" or "Support" sections.

It sounds like a common issue with the SmartTouch going through a reboot and potentially losing some shortcuts or settings.
It's not the apps themselves are actually gone, but maybe the display configuration has reset?
Have you tried checking the main menu for an Applications or Widgets section?
Sometimes you can add the app icons back to your main screen from there.
But if you need the manual, I've had good luck finding them through official Valtra dealer websites like what @snow cone machine suggested!

Likely just a glitch after the reboot . I'd try messing with the settings to see if there's a way to reload the apps or bring back the main menu. If that doesn't work, a simple reset or update check might help. Yeah the manual should help too, hopefully someone here has it handy

Had the same issue last month! After reboot, all my screen icons disappeared too. Turns out it reverted to a default user profile. I switched back to my custom profile under Settings and everything popped back.

Yeah, that's a good point. Usually, it's just the layout messing up. If you add them back from the Applications menu, the icons should pop back up.

@firecrackerp0p sounds like the system just reset your layout. Check under Settings for Profiles or Applications. You should be able to restore your icons.
